Product overview
It is a high-solid, high-performance, Wuxi self-polishing antifouling paint composed of acrylic copolymer resin as the base material, cuprous oxide, environmentally friendly antifouling agent and exudation additives.
Recommended use
Ship protection paint field:
It is suitable for use as an anti-fouling paint for the bottom and waterline of near-ocean vessels to prevent marine biofouling.
Industrial protective paint field:
It is suitable for use as an anti-fouling paint for preventing marine biological fouling in various facilities such as docks, offshore platforms, navigation marks and underwater gates.

2. The surface of the paint film before recoating must be clean and dry, free of pulverization and other pollutants. If necessary, the surface before recoating should be fully napped.

CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS
The substrate temperature shall be at least 3 ℃ higher than the air dew point, and the relative humidity shall be lower than 85%. The measurement of temperature and humidity should be carried out at the substrate near the operation point. When the construction is not in an open space, good ventilation must be provided to ensure the normal drying of the paint film.
Surface treatment
All surfaces to be coated shall be clean, dry and free of contaminants and shall be evaluated and treated as ISO8504. Painted surfaces shall be clean, dry and on top of approved anti-rust/tie paint or intact self-polishing anti-fouling paint coating.

Safety and Health
Before using this product, please pay attention to the safety label on the packaging container, refer to and follow the information and precautions related to health and safety in the product safety technical manual of flying whale new material company. During the construction and drying of the product, appropriate ventilation and preventive measures must be adopted to control the solvent concentration within the safety limit to prevent poisoning or hypoxia. Take measures to avoid skin and eye contact with the product. If contact occurs, wash it immediately with suitable detergent, soap and water. If splashed into eyes, rinse with water and seek medical treatment immediately.

Storage period
Store in a cool, dry, ventilated and dedicated warehouse away from heat sources. Under normal temperature conditions, the storage period is 12 months, and then it needs to be used after passing the inspection.
Precautions
The remaining packaging barrels must be tightly covered after painting to avoid damage caused by moisture. The number of coating lanes and dry film thickness of antifouling paint shall be determined according to the time between ship docking. The number of coating lanes or film thickness will increase with the increase of maintenance interval. When the ship is docked, even if the paint film of the ship's primer is basically complete, the antifouling paint cannot be directly applied to the old paint film. Before applying the antifouling paint, the sludge and salt on the ship's primer film should be washed with fresh water to remove the saponified layer, then the marine organisms attached to the paint film should be removed, the rust and loose old paint film should be removed by sandblasting or polishing, and then 1-2 anti -2 coats should be applied as required. If the paint film of the ship primer has been mostly damaged, it should be whitened, and the bottom antirust paint and bottom antifouling paint should be repainted according to the requirements of the new ship.
