Flying whale H53-40 solvent-free epoxy anticorrosive paint

A two-component solvent-free epoxy anticorrosive paint composed of epoxy resin, reactive diluent, special curing agent, pigment, filler, additives, etc. The paint film has good water resistance, salt water resistance and salt spray resistance, excellent adhesion and impact resistance.

Suitable for buried pipelines, docks, heavy machinery, electrical machinery, chemical enterprises, mining machinery, water conservancy projects, oil storage tanks and other steel structures for anti-corrosion paint.

Note: 1. The above data are for reference only. The actual drying time and the length of the re-coating interval depend on the film thickness, ventilation, humidity, lower paint and mechanical strength, etc.

2. The surface of the paint film before recoating must be clean and dry, free of pulverization and other pollutants. If necessary, the surface before recoating should be fully napped.

The substrate temperature shall be at least 3 ℃ higher than the air dew point, and the relative humidity shall be lower than 85%. The measurement of temperature and humidity should be carried out at the substrate near the operation point. When the construction is not in an open space, good ventilation must be provided to ensure the normal drying of the paint film.

All surfaces to be coated shall be clean, dry and free of contaminants.
The primer surface shall be dry and free of any contaminants (oil, grease, salt, etc.) and shall be recoated within the specified recoating time. Steel with oxide scale: sandblasted to Sa2.5; Steel without oxide scale: sandblasted to Sa2.5 or polished to St3 with elastic grinding wheel; Steel coated in workshop primer: polished to St3 with light sweeping sand or elastic grinding wheel; Welding, flame cutting or fire work burning parts: after removing welding slag and spatter, polish to St3 with elastic grinding wheel.

Before using this product, please pay attention to the safety label on the packaging container, refer to and follow the information and precautions related to health and safety in the product safety technical manual of flying whale new material company. During the construction and drying of the product, appropriate ventilation and preventive measures must be adopted to control the solvent concentration within the safety limit to prevent poisoning or hypoxia. Take measures to avoid skin and eye contact with the product. If contact occurs, wash it immediately with suitable detergent, soap and water. If splashed into eyes, rinse with water and seek medical treatment immediately.

Store in a cool, dry, ventilated and dedicated warehouse away from heat sources. Under normal temperature conditions, the storage period is 12 months, and then it needs to be used after passing the inspection.

This product will not be fully cured below 10 ℃. In order to achieve the best performance, the curing environment temperature should be higher than 15 ℃. This product, like all epoxy base coatings, will powder when exposed to ultraviolet light.
