Flying Whale H54-32 Epoxy Oil Tank Paint
Product overview
With epoxy resin and modified phenolic amine curing agent as the base material of two-component epoxy paint, paint film has excellent oil resistance performance (on the loading of gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene and other petroleum products does not affect the quality of oil), water vapor washing resistance, resistance to oil and sea water alternate loading, with good physical and mechanical properties and antirust paint.
Recommended use
It is suitable for long-term oil-resistant and anti-corrosion coating in the storage tank for transportation and storage of fuel oil, lubricating oil, edible oil, etc., as well as the oil tank, oil tank and pipeline inner wall for storage of crude oil and petroleum products.

CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS
The substrate temperature shall be at least 3 ℃ higher than the air dew point, and the relative humidity shall be lower than 85%. The measurement of temperature and humidity should be carried out at the substrate near the operation point. When the construction is not in an open space, good ventilation must be provided to ensure the normal drying of the paint film.
Surface treatment
All surfaces to be coated shall be clean, dry and free of contaminants.
Newbuilding/Overhaul: Remove weld spatter and polish welds and sharp edges at surfaces to be painted, grit blasted to Sa2.5. The shop primer shall be cleaned by abrasive blasting to class Sa2.5. For areas that have been blasted, primer shall be applied before oxidation occurs, and if oxidation does occur, re-blasted.
Repair: The surface of the damaged area shall be sandblasted to Grade Sa2.5 or treated with power tools to Grade St3. For the sandblasted area, primer shall be applied before oxidation occurs. If oxidation does occur, the entire oxidized area shall be sandblasted again.

Safety and Health
Before using this product, please pay attention to the safety label on the packaging container, refer to and follow the information and precautions related to health and safety in the product safety technical manual of flying whale new material company. During the construction and drying of the product, appropriate ventilation and preventive measures must be adopted to control the solvent concentration within the safety limit to prevent poisoning or hypoxia. Take measures to avoid skin and eye contact with the product. If contact occurs, wash it immediately with suitable detergent, soap and water. If splashed into eyes, rinse with water and seek medical treatment immediately.

| Component B | 10 Litres | 9kg |
Storage period
Store in a cool, dry, ventilated and dedicated warehouse away from heat sources. Under normal temperature conditions, the storage period is 12 months, and then it needs to be used after passing the inspection.
Precautions
This product will not be fully cured below 5 ℃. In order to achieve the best performance, the curing environment temperature should be higher than 10 ℃. When it is used as the coating for loading the finished oil tank, the requirements for substrate treatment and painting construction shall be in accordance with the "special coating process.
After the coating must ensure that there is enough drying time, otherwise the film will appear early blisters. When the temperature is 25 ℃, the oil can be filled after at least 7 days with sufficient ventilation. When the temperature is lower or higher than 25 ℃, the drying time can be appropriately extended or shortened.
