Flying Whale FJ-18 Epoxy Connection Paint
Product overview
The two-component epoxy transition joint paint based on epoxy resin, modified resin and special phenolic amine curing agent has excellent adhesion to epoxy primer, and can increase the connection adhesion to the upper anti-fouling paint, acrylic finish and chlorinated rubber finish.
Recommended use
It is used for the connection of antirust paint and topcoat on the surface of ship steel plate, and is suitable for the connection of antirust paint and antifouling paint and thermoplastic topcoat on the outer surface of ship hull.

CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS
The substrate temperature shall be at least 3 ℃ higher than the air dew point, and the relative humidity shall be lower than 85%. The measurement of temperature and humidity should be carried out at the substrate near the operation point. When the construction is not in an open space, good ventilation must be provided to ensure the normal drying of the paint film.
Surface treatment
All surfaces to be coated shall be clean, dry and free of contaminants.
The primer surface shall be dry and free of any contaminants (oil, grease, salt, etc.) and shall be recoated within the specified recoating time.
